I saw Cop Out recently. Since I try not to give bad reviews (the rest of the internet can take the easy route.) due to it being a lot harder to create something than to tear it down, I'll just say I'm glad I paid matinee price and that if you found the trailer amusing, you'll like the movie. It does have one genius moment, but I'm not going to ruin it for you.

I will fully admit without guilt that I also go out of my way to use that look (as often as possible); you know the one - wild eyed, raised eyebrow, tilted head with a "are you f*cking kidding me!?!" expression. Naturally, I call it my "McClane."
One of the things I have a minor regret about is that I'm not as handy as I would like to be, but I'm working on it. I stumbled across this on crunchgear, and I think I'll be visiting ikea.com fairly soon - I think given an hour or two of scrounging, I could pull this one off.

Might not look like a lot - and in reality it appears to be a handful of nuts and bolts - but if the footage below is any indication, it's probably worth the effort. Apparently, it only set the guy back $30, and half of that was the ikea shelving.

For fellow Henry Rollins Fans - were you aware everybody's favorite red-blooded American boy is writing for Vanity Fair online? I didn't, either, but I do now. He comments on Politics and Power. Check it out here if you're politically inclined. There's several months worth of articles, so there's plenty of shock and awe to go around and as usual Henry isn't making a lot of friends, but he does make a lot of sense; least in my opinion.
Hunter S. Thompson vs. Tech Support is everything you'd imagine it would be.
And because the small things make me happy, this is why you don't hire dinosaurs.
